The room is newly refurbished with fresh flooring and paint. You’ll have access to a shared living room, kitchen, fridge, a lovely garden, off-street parking, and a newly renovated bathroom plus a downstairs WC. The bedroom has been used as a guest room so is set up as such, but can be rearranged and furniture altered to suit your own preference.
In my spare time, I’m also working on upgrading and renovating other rooms in the house, so you might see a bit of home improvement happening.
I work full-time, Monday to Friday. If you’re interested in a Monday-to-Friday rental, I can offer a discount, otherwise it’s available for the full week. Ideal for professionals.
Property is located very close to David Lloyd’s, large Tesco supermarket, and other local amenities. Very close to bus stops (few mins walk)
