A beautiful light, airy double room available in a calm and peaceful three-storey creative home in Worthing, (Tarring area.)

I live here with my adult daughter.
We are friendly, down-to-earth and respectful of space and routines.
This is a settled family home rather than a typical social house-share.

We also have a very friendly indoor white Persian cat (deaf), who must not be let outside!.

The Room

• Furnished double room on the top floor
• Access to a toilet on the same floor
- Main Bathroom downstairs
• Small fridge and kettle upstairs
• Allocated space in the main kitchen (small space shared fridge, freezer
- Access to washing machine)
• WiFi included

The top floor also includes my art studio l use as part of the home.

The Household

My daughter has additional needs, so the house works best for someone naturally patient, understanding and comfortable in a lived-in family environment. It is important that whoever moves in is respectful of routines and appreciates a calm atmosphere.

This let would suit a considerate, independent person (professional or student) who works or studies outside the home and is looking for a comfortable base rather than a party house.

The home is not suitable for:
• Overnight guests
• Parties, or heavy socialising

I’m open to someone friendly and respectful — faith is welcome but not required — as long as you value a calm, considerate atmosphere.

Very central location near Thomas A Becket, Tarring, West Worthing.

Bus stops directly outside.

Sainsbury’s 2 minutes walk
Tesco Express. Plus Petrol. 6 minutes walk
Many Shops, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes

Parking available outside
5–6 minutes drive to the beach
