Christian household, room suitable for a female

Beautiful creative artist home, in a Christian household, peaceful atmosphere, a mother and grown up daughter. We are friendly, down to earth, and fun.
We have a beautiful fluffy white Persian deaf cat who is very friendly, she is an indoor cat and must not be let out.

Its a 3 story house, with a double room to let, suitable for single oppupancy, a beautiful light airy room with a peaceful presence, the room is situated on the top floor with a toilet, and another room upstairs which is used sometimes in the daytime and some evenings as an art studio.
There is use of a small fridge, and kettle upstairs next to your room
Plus small space in the kitchen for food. Fridge, freezer, plus use of washing machine.

Situated in a very central location close to the Thomas a Becket Tarring there are bus stops right outside the house, a local Sainsbury's 2 minutes away, Tesco express about 6 minutes walk, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants less than 5 minute walk. Plus car parking outside.
About 5 or 6 minutes to the beach by car.
