Double room in modern town house in East Worthing

A furbished double room in a 3 story house shared with me and my dog. Great location, close to the hospital, East Worthing station, Homefield Park, the beach and town centre.

The available room has a double bed, desk, chair and small clothes hanging area (I have another stand alone wardrobe in another room you can use or I can move the wardrobe into the rental room and remove the desk if preferred). There's a WC (toilet and sink) next to the room and there's a shared bathroom upstairs.

You'll also share a spacious living room, kitchen (with all mod cons), dining room and garden. All recently decorated and furbished. On street parking available for free.

My dog is pretty anxious and needs space initially but will eventually warm to you as long as you're patient and he's very quiet, gentle and easy to have around.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy, not too noisy and friendly. And preferably someone who likes dogs!
