Lovely Self Contained Annexe in Tarring

We’re a family of five looking for a special person to move into our little annexe. It’s a small and humble abode - just a galley kitchen, a sitting room and a bedroom with a toilet and a shower, but it’s really cosy, and it opens up onto our lovely big garden. We’re lucky enough to have a gorgeous heated swimming pool too, which our current tenants love sharing with us in the summer.

The annexe is attached to our house, but you’ll have your own entrance and front door.

We’re in the pretty conservation area of Tarring, directly opposite the park. It’s just a six minute walk to West Worthing station with excellent links to Brighton & London, and you’ll be a twenty minute stroll away from the (very lovely) beach.

There’s free and ample (street) parking outside and nearby.

We’re looking for someone who really, really loves dogs - we have two adorable and friendly rescues and we need someone who wouldn’t mind popping in to check on them/let them out into the garden while I’m at work on Mondays and Tuesdays. Someone who works part time or shifts would be ideal! One of our dogs is nervous around other dogs and cats which is why we’re (reluctantly) saying no to pets.

Even though on paper it’s a property for only one person, it’s currently rented to a gorgeous young couple who squeeze themselves in happily enough - so couples are more than welcome to get in touch.
