Looking for a couple or family to rent our beautiful 5 bed house plus annex. Two tenants in already living in thr property paying a total of £1550 a month. One tenant is in the garden annex, who has his own entrance and very quiet (works long hours). Second tenant has en-suite bedroom down stairs with own entrance. Looking for someone to take over the rest of the house, they will be responsible for the full monthly rent, however only £1450 remaining. Ultimately, will have to share kitchen with one other but then have a 4 bed house.
