Large open-plan kitchen/dining/living space with sofa and TV, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hob and two electric ovens, bi-fold doors to the garden, and two lounges (one for landlords private use). Off-street and street parking available.
I’m a laid-back, friendly homeowner who enjoys a relaxed, sociable atmosphere and a laugh, while also valuing personal space. I like a clean, tidy home where shared areas are respected.
I’m a hairdresser and work from the garden Tuesday to Friday and every other Saturday, so the house is quiet during the day. Not suitable for night-shift workers.
There is one short-term male lodger who stays one to two nights a week; his children stay Saturday nights and are well-behaved and quiet. The bathroom is largely yours most of the time as I have my own en-suite .
Three small, well-behaved, non-shedding dogs live here. I smoke, but there is absolutely no smoking inside the house at anytime.
Rent: £750 per calendar month for full-time occupancy, or Monday to Friday let at £600 per calendar month (Sunday night to Friday morning). All bills and Wi-Fi included.
