Short term let to may: double room with parking

Large double room, furnished in a converted Edwardian garden flat in Worthing. Off street parking available. South facing private garden. 5 mins walk to beach, 15 mins walk to Worthing station.

Has a full size single day bed which expands to super king with memory foam mattress and thick topper. Built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and bookshelf for storage. Large windows with stained glass.

Shared bathroom with walk in shower, open plan kitchen diner living room which goes out to the good sized garden. You have roughly half the space in the kitchen.

Must like cats as have 2 bengal sisters. And for this reason can’t take other pets

I am the live in landlord but want you to feel like it’s your home too. I have the 2nd bedroom and I have my desk in an alcove in the living room. I’m a non smoker, occasional drinker, queer woman. I’m a yoga teacher, retreat chef, trainee somatic coach

I have adhd and can do a lot of things and then need quiet time to recover! As i share the building with other flats I can’t have late night parties or loud music but pretty flexible to your lifestyle otherwise. I’m sociable and will have friends over and happy for you to do the same.

I have a cleaner fortnightly and rent includes this. I feel this just makes things easier! Rent includes all bills including shared things like loo roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc (not laundry detergent)

Room is available now. Have someone moving in end of April so looking for someone short term to take the room until then.

Would prefer women (cis or trans) or non binary afab but will consider other genders (no cis men please)
