Shared bathroom with walk in shower, open plan kitchen diner living room which goes out to the good sized garden. You have roughly half the space in the kitchen.

Must like cats as have 2 bengal sisters. And for this reason can’t take other pets

I am the live in landlord but want it to be housemate vibes. I have the 2nd bedroom and I have my desk in an alcove in the living room. I’m a non smoker, occasional drinker, queer, solo poly woman. I’m a yoga teacher, retreat chef, trainee somatic coach and currently self employed but looking to take on part time employment. Would prefer someone who works outside the flat but would consider a mix of working

I have adhd and can do a lot of things and then need quiet time to recover! As i share the building with other flats I can’t have late night parties or loud music but pretty flexible to your lifestyle otherwise. I’m sociable and will have friends over and happy for you to do the same.

I have a cleaner fortnightly and rent includes this. I feel this just makes things easier! Rent includes all bills including shared things like loo roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc (not laundry detergent)

My friend and housemate is moving out end of February so room is available from beginning of March. Would prefer women (cis or trans), trans femme, or nb afab but will consider trans masc and nb amab.
