Lovely light room . Very large with balcony and own bathroom. With shower and toilet WiFi and bills are included . Furnished or unfurnished. Have been renting to theatre performers recently but am looking less ad hoc rental. Large communal kitchen, dining room and small but sociable garden.
10 minutes walk to station and 5 minutes to the beach. 3 minutes to all amenities in town. Have a kitten but happy to have other pets.
Calm relaxed household with a friendly atmosphere. Couple in fifties with 18 and 19year old children residing on 1st floor. One at college and one working professional. Professional male , 20years old living on ground floor as long term lodger. All very tidy and considerate. Very large house with three floors so plenty of space for everyone. Cleaner comes once a week to do all communal areas. I work in work but stay away two days a week as a support worker in a residential home and my husband often travels with work.
