Double Room in Central Worthing

Hello everyone,

Myself & my friend James are looking for a third roommate, ideally end of March.
Our lovely friend Connor is leaving for Bristol and are hoping to stay in the flat as we’ve made it into a proper cosy home.

It’s right on Worthing high street, 5 mins from the seafront & 10 mins walk to Worthing station. I myself work in Brighton and find it very easy.

The room going is a double bedroom, with shared bathroom (just with me, James has his own)

Rent is £467
With bills (energy, water, council tax and WiFi) it comes to roughly £610
