Double room in nice household

A large double room in an easy going household and recently renovated house. Free parking on the road and close to West Worthing station/the sea/all amenities. We have a cleaner every other week.

The room has thick pile carpet, a king size bed with under bed storage and a chest of drawers. The whole house has been refurbished with new electrics, plastering, carpets, doors and decor throughout. There are two reception rooms so plenty of space to watch TV or chill in the evenings and we also have a big garden.
All bills are included- council tax, tv license, water, heating & broadband.
Looking for a mature, responsible person.
