Large furnished room, south facing with 2 windows on outskirts of Offington, Worthing. Would suit professional person in a non-smoking pet free home. I’m looking for a lodger to share my 4 bedroom house with who is quiet and friendly.

Local shops are nearby in Broadwater and Findon Valley.
Bus route - 1 and 23 to Worthing/Midhurst
Good road links to Arundel (10 mins), Brighton (30 mins), Horsham (20 mins) and Gatwick Airport (45 mins).
Worthing station 10 minutes drive, 15 minutes by bus or a 30 minutes walk. Worthing Hospital 10 minutes drive or 20 minutes by bus.
No couples, pets, children or smokers.
Remote workers accepted however will need to contribute towards heating costs.
