Large, 3 story house in central Worthing.
Currently filled with 3 female tenants but one is leaving so looking for someone else to join us.
It is a joint tenancy so we all sign the contract together. You will need a UK guarantor as per landlord preferences.

We are two NHS workers some someone who either works in a similar field or is respectful of shift work hours.

The bedroom comes unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished.
All bedrooms have their own ensuite + an additional 2 bathrooms for guests to use.

Bills are included in the price listed - rent is £637ea, estimated bills are based off what we currently pay. Council tax band A (including in the cost)

We have just handed in our notice to end our current tenancy to release our third tenant from contract.
