Lovely Garden Room in Two Bed Flat

Hi, I’m Rosie and looking for a flatmate to share a lovely 2 bedroom flat in a quiet location in Worthing.

The room has excellent storage and a double bed (you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer). It also has a door straight out onto a patio garden. The fitted wardrobes mean layout options are fairly limited, but you are welcome to redecorate.

I’d like it to feel like home for both of us, rather than each just living out of our rooms, so you’re also welcome to have input on how the shared areas are configured.

Shared areas are living room, kitchen with full fridge and freezer to yourself, conservatory/dining area, bathroom with shower over bath. There is also a back garden with a shed for storage, a front lawn, and good parking for residents in the close.

I’m easy going and low key sociable, looking for someone fairly laid back who is looking to share a home, rather than living in a house of multiple occupant setup.

The landlords are carrying out some updates to the property over July and August, so further pictures will be added as these are carried out. The room can likely be made available mid August if that is preferable.
