The house is in a great location, around a 10-minute walk from Worthing Hospital, Worthing Station and East Worthing Station, close to local shops and approximately 15 minutes’ walk into Worthing town centre. Ideal for a professional or commuter looking for a comfortable home rather than a typical busy house share.

Two lounge areas, with one kept as my private space
You would have use of the shared areas of the whole house, so there is plenty of space to relax rather than being restricted to their bedroom.

I’m a laid-back, friendly homeowner who is young at heart. I enjoy having a laugh and a bit of a chat, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house or someone who expects us to spend all our evenings together!
I’m very happy to be friendly, have the occasional chat or share a drink, but I also really value privacy, independence and having your own space. I’m looking for someone who feels the same.

I’m a hairdresser and work from my garden salon Tuesday to Friday and every other Saturday, so there is some coming and going during working hours. Because of this, I’m not looking for someone who works from home full-time. An occasional work-from-home day is absolutely fine, particularly if you’re happy to work from your room.

There is currently one male lodger living here, but he is out pretty much all day and night and is generally only home to sleep. The house therefore feels much more like a quiet home than a traditional busy house share. The bathroom is largely yours most of the time as I have my own en-suite.
I have three small, well-behaved, non-shedding dogs who are part of the household. 🐶

We also smoke, but there is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house at any time.

I’m looking for a clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going professional who takes pride in their surroundings and is considerate of shared spaces.
Someone who is independent, has their own life and routine, but is friendly and happy to have a chat and a laugh when we cross paths would be ideal.

If you’re looking for a house where everyone eats dinner together every night and becomes one big family, this probably isn’t the one!
If you want a comfortable, spacious and relaxed home where you can come and go, have your own space and still live with friendly people, it could be a really good fit.

£900 per calendar month for full-time occupancy.

I’m also happy to consider a Monday-Friday let at £700 per month, Sunday night to Friday morning.
