A sunny furnished double room to rent in a shared house with myself the house owner, a 40 yr old female who is a nurse working at the local hospital.

There will be shared use of the kitchen, living areas and bathroom. There is the availablity for the internet and and a small TV in the room. All bills are included except for personal phone calls.

The house has a garden and is approx 5 mins walk away from West Worthing rail station or 10 mins to the main railway station. Worthing town is approx 20 mins walk and has all the usual town amenities. Brighton is half hour drive away.

The house share would suit a mature minded, quiet and tidy professional female.
