Newly renovated seafront flat in worthing.
I am relocating to Brighton so I am looking for two tenants that take pride in looking after my flat.

I have a double room (£500pm inc.) and a master large double room with working open fire (£600pm inc.) for rent. Deposit: one months rent.

I also have a single room available for a mon-fri let at £100. 00 PW.

There is a lovely lounge dining area with working wood burning stove and sea views. The kitchen has all the gadgets you could want. Integrated coffee machine, warming draw, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave/grill, electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, ceramic sink.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is an additional toilet and sink also.

There are front and rear landscaped gardens with bike store and all the garden furniture you could want.

The beach is on your door step with a wind surfing school, cafes and gym/ pool within walking distance.
