Hi there, so I Have large double room available furnished or unfurnished with free parking, you will full use of all the house garden, bbq ready for summer etc...We are very friendly and easy going The house is close to shops/pub/take aways etc.. also bus links and train station very close and best of all beach is only 5 min the rooms have just been refurbished and new kitchen with dishwasher 2 ovens there is also seperate cloakroom/masage shower own fridge/downstairs toilet/laminate floor/conservotaery/built in wardrobes/ bla, bla... must be friendly and as we are sociable people and believe that its a house share and a chance to make friends, not just a room to rent although do respect your privacy as we all need our own space
