We are offering a comfortable double room in a relaxed friendly household, 5 minutes walk from Worthing train station and 15-25 mins walk to the town centre and beach.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, two double wardrobes and small desk. Some personalisation of the furniture and layout is possble for long term lodgers (e. g. a larger desk is available if required). There is shared use of a TV lounge, bathroom and kitchen with garden access.

We are looking for a mature individual who is sociable and able to share living space but respects the privacy of others. We have 2 lively dogs so you must be dog friendly. Even better if you like to socialise and enjoy a bit of communal gardening, dog walks, sharing meals and film nights.
