No throbbing hi-fis please and absolutely no smoking in the house!

Rent includes gas, electricity, use of washing machine, garden, broadband, etc.

I would be happy to negotiate on the rent for someone who only needs part-time (eg. Monday-Friday or 3-4 days/week) accommodation. I would prefer someone looking for short term accommodation (3-6 months) but also happy to consider longer.
