Our daughter is moving out and we are looking to let her room.
Very friendly household. Would prefer someone to stay at least 6 months and can be furnished or unfurnished we are happy with either.
I can also supply breakfast and evening meal at an extra charge of £100 a month (£3. 33 a day) if interested.
We have had long term students and professionals before so we are house trained.
We don't want someone who is going to play loud music all night long or fill our home with strangers. On the other hand if you like us we are easy going and you can sit in the garden or use the conservatory. We are not extremely house proud its a home and we all muck in together.
Don't mind if you are a student looking for a sanctuary or a single working adult that is looking for somewhere. We are close to West Worthing station and bus routes so you can access Brighton easily or Chichester.
