I am looking for a nice friendly person (professional or student) to rent a room in my large 3 bedroom flat. I have a single room 7ft 5ins wide x 12ft long furnished room available for short/long let;
The room is furnished with a 3ft single bed, chest of drawers, built in double wardrobe, TV, video player bedside table and the floor has recently been laminated. I have a refitted bathroom (wide shower bath), Large sitting room (20ft x 14 ft) with access to sunny south facing balcony, flat screen tv, my office area (PC and small TV), dining area. I have Virgin media installed and this provides superfast 100mB internet speed.

The flat is situated in a highly accessible area next to a well established parade of shops excellent pub and very near the beach. Unrestricted off street parking is available immediately outside on the slip road. for the non drivers, The 700 bus (travels every 10mins to Brighton/Chichester/Portsmouth ) stops outside of the flat.
