Room close to hospital, ideal for temp worker

We have a small double room available in our lovely house close to Worthing Hospital. We are a professional couple in our mid 30s and it's a relatively quiet house. The room would be ideal for someone working temporarily (short term contracts/locums/shift workers etc) at Worthing Hospital. No off-street parking but plenty on-street and permits available. The room is available from late jan until early June, and we will rent it out on a month by month basis.
