The shared, modern and clean Bathroom has a bath as well as a separate shower cubicle.

Free SKY TV (full package) also in the fully equipped Kitchen-Dining Room, where you also have personal fridge & cupboard space. Common areas of house are cleaned by me...and I even clean your room and wash your bedding if you don't have time...no extra cost. Smoke Alarms & 2 Fire Extinguishers are fitted.

***** This is a relaxed, friendly, mature household, a home-from-home, where you can have privacy when you want it or company as you wish (your own Room and House keys are provided).

Smoking ok outside or in Kichen in cold and/or wet weather. Bedrooms must be smoke free.

***** I have a restricted and very friendly dog, who is not allowed to roam free in the house. The garden is also divided to separate the dog. We also have 2 cats, who are not normally allowed in the bedrooms.
