The room is in a new loft conversion.
The floor has 2 bedrooms and a large shower room. The other room is a spare so you will largely get the floor and shower room (not ensuite) to yourself.
The room has full black out velux blinds, 2 built in wardrobes, full length mirror and 2 side tables with 3 drawers each as well as a desk. In addition there is a large storage drawers under the bed and a trunk. Viewings welcomed. :0) apologies photos not up to date so new bed and side tables etc are not shown.
The road is really quiet so great for shift workers! Very close/walking distance to hospital (6 minutes), the beach is at the end of the road and town centre/train station are in short walking distance. There is off road parking and a large sunny garden with new patio area and cinema room. Fast wifi, dishwasher, tumble dryer and log burner (lit all winter!). There is also an additional freezer in garage.
There are two lounges and a well appointed kitchen with lots of cupboard and fridge/freezer space.
We're laid back and have had housemates for over 18 years now which I hope means we're pretty easy to live with.
Looking for similar laid back individual! There is potential for you to move in slightly earlier if a room is needed sooner. :0)
Our current lodger has had to move to Poland very urgently.
