I have a lovely room to rent in a shared house, only a 2 minute walk to East Worthing Train Station, and a 2 minute walk to the local shops (Tesco/chip shop etc + a small gym) and only a 10 minute walk to Worthing Hospital.
The house has a big shared living room, nice kitchen and large bathroom. Plus a good sized garden with a shed for the summer months!
The current tenants are all young professionals and mostly keep them selves to themselves but its a very friendly house.
High Speed Broadband and all bills are included.
The rent is £360/month paid in advance at the start of the month. The deposit is £360 as well.
The room comes fully furnished (Bed, Wardrobe, Bedside table - All quite new) but it can all be moved out if you have your own furniture.
