Double room in stylish home.

Lovely double room available in a stylish family home.
The room I have available is simply decorated, light & airy with period features and overlooks the studio & garden.
There is a double bed, chest of drawers & a bedside table.
It's not possible for you to bring your own furniture.
There is a shared shower room and separate toilet on the first floor of the house.
There is a living room, plus a large modern kitchen dining area on the ground floor.
My home is 2-3 minutes walk from central Worthing station.
I'm looking for a lodger who is perhaps Arty and Creative but must be easy going, trustworthy, clean and tidy and likes to socialise a little too.
References must be provided plus deposit.
Shorter term lets may be considered but am ideally looking for 3 months minimum.
No couples or homeworkers.
Sorry, but no pets.

Please note bedding, ornaments, pictures etc will be removed prior to moving in.
Currently no hanging rail but one can be got if needed.
