Hi i own a terraced 4bedroomed house, 5mins walk from west worthing station, in the famous Thomas Becket area. I have a 11year old son and 1 male lodger.
Im looking for a single person or a nice friendly couple who would like to live here. All bills are included in the rent, though there is wireless broad band avail, there is a £8. 00 charge a month for using this service. I also have 3cats.
The house is modern, the rooms r modern, bright. The room is a small double with a single bed at the moment.
Furniture is included, but, it can be stored.
Parking and storage avail.
Im ideally looking for friendly people, clean and quite.
