Live in landlady plus one cat. Must be able to provide references. £750 deposit plus one month's rent in advance. Vegetarians/vegans ONLY please. Would expect that the flat is treated respectfully and room and bathroom is kept clean and tidy. Exact term of tenancy negotiable but short term (6 months) preferred.
