A decent size single furnished room available. Parking permits, washing machine and tumble dryer, Virgin TV, your own fridge and cupboard all included in the price. All bills included as well. One weeks rent as a deposit. Looking for someone who is happy to live a normal relaxed family. We respect privacy and appreciate the same in return. We're an easy going family who work during the week. The room is freshly decorated and we happy to change the furniture to allow more space.
