Beautiful double room with en suite, own sitting room with access to shared garden. (I ticked the shared sitting room as no third option). The annex of a beautiful cottage located in Yapton.

Share of large kitchen, fully equipped. Room has own upright fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. These rooms are part of our house, very private and quite. Access is via our kitchen but has never been a problem for the past long term tenants.

Must like labradors and cats who although aren’t allowed in the annex will venture and steel your supper if the door is left ajar!!. Looking for a lovely tenant to join our mad family.

Advertising again as our last tenant is sadly moving out.
