En Suite Single Room

I have a 3 bedroom house and wish to rent out my en suite single room to a someone who's preferably a professional who already has a home elsewhere but needs a room Monday to Friday for work (£150 per week). Share kitchen with landlady. You will have access to the conservatory and garden if you wish. You have your own front door (see photos) and plenty of parking space available throughout the week. My road is a Cul de Sac so it is used mainly by residents of the street. I will accommodate the room to your needs within reason.
The house is situated in the village of Yapton that has a local Co Op, fish and chip shop and butchers in less than 5 mins walk, beautiful walks and scenery. We have a local bus service to Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, and other coastal beaches as well as Chichester. Climping beach 10-12 mins drive. Closest Railway Station is Barnham 20 mins walk away. Driving time: Goodwood = 20 mins, Barnham = 4 mins, Chichester = 25 mins, Bognor Regis = 20 mins.
