Room to rent for single female occupant.

This room is available for a short term let, For a female tenant. ( I’m happy to consider Monday to Friday only ) Up to 6 months initially. It is a lovely light room and has a bathroom ( only shared with visiting family) next to it . Ideally suited to someone working full time . We are in the village of Yapton and near the towns of Arundel, Littlehampton , Bognor, Chichester, Worthing and 45 mins from Brighton and Portsmouth . We are very near a Bus stop if you don’t have a car.
There can also be an adjustment in the rent in exchange for a bit of help with house or animals. I sadly can’t accept any dogs or cats as I have 2 dogs one or which is still a puppy.
