There is a coop, pub, village hall, pharmacy and a chip shop all within walking distance.

Two train stations less than two miles away and a further two less than five miles. So easy access to Chichester, Brighton and London.

Just a few miles to several beaches and the stunning South Downs National Park is also very close. You have the best of both on your doorstep.

There is parking for one car on my drive. Will be available on 29th of November
