Large double bedroom to rent on a small new estate in Yapton. Furniture includes: Bed, wardrobe. shelves, drawers, desk, large built in cupboard and chair. You will need to use your own bedding and TV (aerial point in room).

Full access to shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, garden and separate loo. Parking also available. All bills plus council tax (band c) included

I'm a quiet and sensitive individual who gets along well with most people, as long as you are considerate, polite and respectful. I prefer nights in to evenings out and enjoy the peacefulness of my home.

I occasionally look after friends' dogs, so you must be comfortable around large breeds. They are very docile and affectionate so will want to say hello!

I would appreciate you helping to keep the house clean and tidy. Partners are welcome to visit however I would prefer them not to stay overnight more than once a week.

I am a part time musician, so there will be weekly rehearsals in the house, however I will try not to disturb you. I am happy to befriend you or respect your privacy.
