Double room to rent in Yapton

Hi, my names sharna and I’m 27. I have a double room to rent in yapton, the room comes with a built in double wardrobe and a double bed with mattress and a new mattress protector. Duvet and sheets can be provided unless you’d rather your own. There is no TV in the room however I’m more than happy for you to wall mount one. I have a bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower and toilet, and a toilet downstairs which are both shared. I’m open to the lounge being shared however I do like to come home from work and binge tv some evenings in quiet.
I also share my dogs with my ex so I do have them some weekends/occasionally weekdays so you must be a dog lover, one is an XL bully (Groot) and the other is a whippet x greyhound (Drax). The XL can be nervous at first but he’s a softie! The whippet can be very bouncy when you first come through the door so if this isn’t something you’d like then it’s probably not the house for you!
My XL doesn’t like children or other dogs either so I’m afraid having any children/dogs in the family over when he’s there would be a no go!
I have a small garden which I’m happy for you to use throughout summer - well and winter if you want to!
I do vape in the house so would also welcome another vaper, smoking is also fine but in the garden please.
I have a very maximalist style as you can see from the pictures - I love colour!
I work Monday-Friday and the occasional Saturday, I’m out of the house at 7am and normally back between 5-6pm.
Ideally I would be looking to rent to someone who also works a 9-5 job or someone who isn’t home to late in the night as I go to bed relatively early during the week. I’m happy to get to know you watch tv/have a drink ect in the evenings, equally I’m also happy with someone who would rather keep themself to their room. I would occasionally have friends stay over weekends, either in my room or in the lounge. I’m also happy for you to have friends over occasionally as long as the volume is kept to a minimum later in the evenings.
Parking isn’t great if I’m being completely honest, I have one allocated slot which I use for my personal car and I park my work van around the corner (about a minutes walk) which if you drive you would also have to do.
