Double room, sunny flat in LS16 - £520 per month

Pleasant, sunny room available in Adel. My situation is a little unusual. I work away at Sheffield University so I am usually in the flat only 1 night at the weekends and you would have the flat to yourself most of the week - bathroom, kitchen and lounge/diner. There is a washing machine and on street parking. It is a very safe area, with nice neighbours, near to supermarkets, doctors, leisure centres etc. Broadband, council tax and water bills included. Energy bills to be shared pro rata. Good transport links to town centre and universities (25 minutes by bus to Leeds Uni and Leeds Beckett, 5 minutes to Beckett Headingley Campus). Quiet location, ideal for someone who needs to study. Previous flatmates were mostly postgrad students /lecturers from abroad looking for temporary accommodation. I only want to share with another female. I'd consider a Monday to Friday let too. Possibility of extending the lease after 6 months if we are both happy.
