Beautiful cottage with lovely features , open fire , small back yard and surrounded by beautiful woodland .The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful but is also close to all amenities .Transport to the city centre is every ten minutes and it is 3 mile away from university .

I have a very busy life myself so you will have lots of time to yourself too .Im clean and tidy very easy going

This is a perfect place for someone who wants a quiet life not boring but just peaceful .

My last house mate left for warmer climates but said living with me was one of the best experiences she had .

I have a cat that I adore and a no alcohol policy

I want a lodger who works out of the home most days as I use my room for counseling and need privacy .This is also flexible but in the whole I need somone who goes out to work at least 4 days a week .
