Within the new build area (The Potteries) of Allerton Bywater, close to amenities and excellent road links. Semi-detached house, with rear garden, shed, patio area and garden furniture. Parking space. There is a good sized front room, dining area and kitchen with all appliances, a downstairs toilet and a good sized shared bathroom with shower and bath. All bills included. I work Monday to Friday - three to four days from home - and I have a cat so you must be pet/cat friendly.

Room is unfurnished, aside from wardrobe and dressing table/desk if needed. First month’s rent will be required upfront if no deposit can be made.
