Room to let, Allerton Bywater

Double room available in 3-bedroom terraced property in Allerton Bywater, council tax band A. Use of shared kitchen, shared living room, shared bathroom and outside space/garden. Off-street parking behind the house. Room is currently furnished with double bed and draws, but it can be furnished. I'm looking for a housemate in order to make living a bit more affordable. I tend to works afternoons and evenings, and I'm easy to get on with.
