Double Room Available for a Working Professional

Hi I am looking for a single quiet and considerate working professional to share my home with. I work a lot and often out of the house 7am - 10pm with work commitments so you will often have the place to yourself on an evening. I also work every other weekend - I basically come home to sleep! Looking for good tidy company - not a party animal!

I have a double room with own bathroom in a 3 bed mid terrace with plenty of street parking space. Kitchen has electric oven and hob, air fryer, microwave, tall fridge and freezer, washing machine (no dryer). Living room has a large smart TV connected to the internet with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney etc (also available in bedroom). House bathroom has a bath available. Small 3rd bedroom is used as a laundry drying room. Large double bedroom at the top of the house (whole top floor is yours) has a double bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe, shelves and a smart TV connected to the internet. All bills included.

I have a cleaner that comes every other week to keep up with the cleanliness of the house.

In general the area is quiet, most of the close neighbours are working families and are very nice. It is important to me that my good relationship with the neighbours continues!

Easy access to the M62/A1. Good bus routes into Leeds, Castleford and Wakefield. Train station in Garforth and East Garforth with good links to Leeds and York.

Must like cats - I have one cat!
