No Couples - Any GF or BF allowed to stay over max 2 nights per week with prior warning / permission.

About Me:

I have a degree in Architecture and worked in that industry 11 years, I currently have a property business and fitness business and worked in local gyms 5 years. I’m hyper active so I tend to spend a lot of time at the Gym.
I'm easy to get along with and social with a good sense of humour, but I respect others private time too!

I've shared with around a dozen past lodgers (all genders), various ages 18 to 60 over the past 14 years and made nice friendships.

My Sons 19 and 20 are both currently living with girlfriends but occasionally visit with girlfriends and stay over in their own rooms. There are times when the house is fairly lively (music etc but nothing anti social).

A new lodger who can relate to younger people would be ideal.
