There is still lots of room for desk and/or other furniture. 19" Plasma TV+DVD with Amazon Firestick and Freeview Connection and bedding for use if required. Nice shared Garden with Hot Tub for Summer BBQ and off street parking. Shared lounge, dining room and kitchen/utility (exclusive use of one sink+drainer and own Fridge/Freezer contained in dining room) with washing machine/oven (shared) etc. Exclusive use of off road double driveway.

Very close to Pinderfields Hospital, and Wakefield/Pontefract and Castleford areas (10 mins drive)

1 Mile from Normanton Town Centre/Rail Station (15 Mins walk). 5 mins drive to Junction 32 M62, and a little further to M1/A1. 25 mins from Leeds.
