There is a large lounge & kitchen, spacious dining room / conservatory, modern bathroom, double drive and landscaped private garden (great for BBQ’s).
As for location, I live in the very desirable location of Alwoodley with a park and ride round the corner and Sainsburys. It only takes 5 mins to get to Headingley, Chapel Allerton or the city centre for shopping, drinking and eating.
A little about me, I am a 47 year old surveyor & artist. I enjoy cooking, photography, socialising and gardening.
Rent wise I am looking for £500 per month including bills.
