Room in Shadwell area

This is a room in Shadwell/ Alwoodley area. I have many books in the living room and the kitchen is cluttered too so please note that this is just for the room on the understanding you would need to cook in your room possibly using a microwave or air fryer but would not use the kitchen or living room in any way. You would not have access to downstairs ! However, the house is in a nice area and the price of the room is set to reflect the unusual living conditions. There is a young French woman in one of the rooms who has been here for 9 years so it can't be that bad ! I am happy to chat further about this and am flexible about most things.
