Room available in flat (flat mostly to yourself)

Hello,

I have a room available in a lovely newly-renovated flat in Alwoodley, with great transport links to Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and beyond (the bus stop is very close).

I own the flat but am rarely there (stayed around 2 nights in the last year and WFH 2 days a week), so you will mostly have it to yourself.

It is up for sale, but I expect that it will take a minimum of 6 months to sell (if I'm lucky).

There are private gardens and it comes fully furnished with a super king size bed and Emma mattress.
