We currently have a double room available in our large rented detached house in Alwoodley as one of our housemates is leaving us.

We are 3 males, all professional working people with busy lifestyles but also enjoy relaxing together. We all get on brilliantly and are looking for someone who is chilled and relaxed to join us.

As the house is rented a contract will need to be signed with the agents
