It is a well-furnished double room with your own shower room in a quite house. The location is convenient to Leeds city centre (1.6 miles) and commute to Bradford. Shopping around the house is only few mins to Tesco Express, Wilko and other convenient stores. There are around 10 mins walking to Lidl or Aldi.
The rent includes gas, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi but no TV license. Free parking on street is available and also a cycle lane to Leeds city centre and Bradford. A safe storage for a bike.
I am doing my PhD and my husband has a full-time work. This room is only available from Monday to Friday but you can leave all your belongs here as nobody will use your room when you are absent. Your shower room will be cleaned once a week. If you have occasional needs to stay over weekends, there will be an extra charge of £15 per night. I don't want to do it quite often.
