The householder has had home-sharers before and offers a welcoming comfortable home with a large bedroom and good commuter links for Leeds and Bradford.

This opportunity might suit a person working or studying who likes pets. Ideally someone who is around overnight most evenings.

The Homeshare fee is £200 per month (£150 if you earn less than the single person tax allowance), and you provide around 10 hours help per week to the homeowner. Bills are negotiable.
Homeshare carry out DBS status and reference checks.
