• She has had home-sharers before and offers a welcoming, comfortable home.

Eligibility/ suitability criteria. For someone who:
-has the right to rent in the UK and:
- is a non-smoker
- agrees to reference and police DBS checks/ overseas police checks
- is available and committed to help approx. 10 hours every week with practical activities including housework, hoovering and occasional errands, living as part of the household in a friendly and supportive way.
- can afford the £180 monthly fee, plus monthly bills which are £80 (utilities) and £30 council tax each month.
£50 one-off fee, if you move into the property.
