I have a very spacious, furnished second attic double room and a large first floor double room to let in Armley, 10min walk from shops. The house and room are fully furnished, refurbished, clean and quiet. All bills are included fast internet, tv, utilities, council tax, insurance. All rooms have locks shared kitchen-living room and bathroom. One month rent of deposit and one month rent at or prior to move in date when contract is signed and keys are given.
