I'm looking for a housemate to share my house on a side street just off Canal Road

The room is available now, it's a flexible rolling monthly contract, there's no 12 month contract to sign, you can stay for as many months as you like and decide at the end of each month whether you would like to continue or leave.

The rent is £375 per calendar month plus bills which are usually very low, about £40 a month at the moment (with no additional bills or council tax to pay). It's a few minutes walk from Hyde Park where the rent would be a lot higher than this, despite this being a nicer, much more convenient and quieter area.

It's a nice house, double-rooms, large kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, decent sized living room, plenty on street parking space.

The Location is brilliant, it's quiet and right next to one of the biggest parks in Leeds, near lots of shops on Armley town street, a few minutes walk from Tesco, Aldi and Asda, several pubs and restaurants and a cinema and it's a couple of minutes walk from several major bus routes which get you into Leeds city centre in a few minutes - it's also right next to the canal which is a nice walk into Leeds city centre.
